Just a quick note to say a huge thanks for being part of our wedding day and making it so very special. It was fantastic working with you - I really appreciated how you listened to what i was trying to achieve, understood how important the food was to us, caught the vision and made it work within our budget. I (and my parents!) were very reassured by your attention to detail, professionalism and preparedness, and it was great going into the day feeling fully confident that the food was going to be epic, delicious and plentiful - and it certainly was! The flavours were incredible, wonderfully fresh and everyone was so complimentary about it - I have had so many people tell me since that it was the best food they’d ever eaten at a wedding!
